Library Branch: Carol Stream Public Library Room: Combined Meeting Room Age Group: Adults Program Type: Health & Wellness, Music Registration Required Event Details: This gentle yoga class is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and flows slowly between poses, with more meditative breaths in between. The class will end with a peaceful, lying down meditation.
