Summer chess is back and in-person!

During the seven-week session, students will compete with each other to determine who will represent Carol Stream at the inter-library chess tournament at the end of the summer.

An all-ages, lively storytime featuring books, music, movement, and more! For families with children ages birth to six.

This month, we will examine Gordon Korman's funny and thoughtful work, Faker. 

High Schoolers are invited to a one-time book club this summer!  Pick up a copy of Fear Street: Prom Queen by R. L. Stein after its release date on June 3rd.

Discover new picture books and see old favorites in a fresh way with art and craft projects. For ages 3-8, with caregiver.

Calling all artists! This summer, let's learn all about different artists and their artistic styles.

Every session will focus on a different artist/movement and will include a hands-on tutorial.

Introducing a new monthly series for adults, Meditation Together invites you to explore fun and simple relaxation techniques with your friends and neighbors.

Drop in any time between 2-4 p.m. to spend some quality family time exploring different STEM concepts with the help of educational toy kits. Work together to learn about magnets, circuits, robots, gears and more! 

We will share wonderful stories, songs and rhymes for our smallest friends. An opportunity for free play and discussion will follow the storytime.
