An interactive storytime that pairs that pairs gentle movement with themed and social-emotional learning books and active songs. For ages 3-6, with caregiver. 

Yoga's a great way to experience movement and relaxation at your own pace, so join us for themed kids poses, active games and breathing and mindfulness breaks. For grades 1-5.

Let’s walk around outside and pick every dandelion and flower we see. Then we’ll make them into a colorful lion’s mane!
