Program Description

Event Details

This class is open to all, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We will explore gentle and traditional yoga postures through the movement of breath, while also practicing different types of breathwork and meditation. The theme overall for each class is to increase mobility and flexibility within the body and to help create a peace of mind for mental well-being.

Please bring your own mat.
