Chi, or Qi is the life force that runs through all living things and Tai Chi is the gentle martial art practice that helps you to develop that energy to strengthen your body and focus your mind. This easy-to-follow practice guides you through gentle, flowing exercises that help you to get better balance, strength, and flexibility, and the ability to concentrate, relax and focus your mind. Wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.
