Meditation Together is a monthly hands-on series exploring fun and simple relaxation techniques with your friends and neighbors. New members are always welcome.

This month, Librarian Jessica will lead some of the very basic exercises you can find in popular books at the Library. Chair seating will be available, or bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lie down or sit on a mat.
