Meditation Together is a club for adults meeting on the second Saturday morning of each month that introduces different relaxation techniques to try with your friends and neighbors.
This month, Dr. Ruth Julian of Body Mind Integrity will lead an interactive session of gentle movement, meridian tapping, and grounding meditation to support joint health and renew energy flow. The body's meridians are channels that carry vital energy and fluids, but when blocked, they can cause tension and discomfort. Through stretches and tapping, we open these pathways, helping to hydrate the joints and improve flexibility.
Please bring a yoga mat and pillow or bolster. The Library will provide chair seating for those who prefer.
