Meditation Together is a club for adults meeting on the second Saturday morning of each month that introduces different relaxation techniques to try with your friends and neighbors.

This month, Librarians Linda and Jessica will guide participants through five classic mindfulness exercises, each with a winter holiday twist to help you relax and recharge. Chair seating is available for those who prefer to sit, but feel free to bring a yoga mat if you’d rather lie down.

Blankets and even a pillow are encouraged. Get comfy and settle in!
