Meditation Together is a monthly hands-on series exploring fun and simple relaxation techniques with your friends and neighbors- new members welcome.

This month, we welcome back the founder of A-Z Mindfulness, Lani Gerszonovicz, who will demonstrate how to use affirmations in your meditation practice.  The Library will provide chair seating.
